CIY Move – July 1-7

This summer we’re headed to CIY Move conference in Durango, Colorado (on the campus of Ft. Lewis College) and we are inviting you! If there’s an event to be a part of, this is it!

MOVE is a 5-day, high school only event designed to amplify the call of Christ on students’ lives to become Kingdom Workers. This conference is high-energy, uber-creative, tons of fun, and relevant to your world right now. Students will be challenged through intense, interactive worship, dynamic speakers, small group study, and community building, discovering ways that God will use them to be a greater help to the world.

Every day there will be: a morning session and an evening session, individual devotion time, youth group time, small group time, and free time! (That’s a lot of time!)

All high school students are invited to attend—those who will be going into 9th grade next school year through 2017 graduates.

Again this year if you Invite a Friend who is new to Solid Rock Youth Ministry and CIY Move and that friend attends the event, both you and the guest you invite will receive a $25 discount off your total cost of the trip! This will apply for as many new students as you invite and who attend!

$310 / June 11 

Registration – To register and reserve your spot on this trip, turn in a $50 non-refundable deposit along with the permission slip (below in Forms) by the applicable date above. This deposit will go toward your total registration cost. Full payment deadline is June 11. (If writing a check, please make out to UCC.)

• Parent Permission Slip
• Online CIY Discipline, Liability, & Medical Release Form
• UCC Medical Release Form (current within 1 year)
• CIY’s Participant Health History Form, which includes:
• A doctor release for participation in the event signed within the last 24 months (a copy of a school physical will work for this)
• A current list of prescription medications that matches medications brought to the event – this list should be reviewed by the physician when completing the physical exam.
